Men's Day of Faith 2020
We regret to inform you know that the event committee has decided to cancel this year's event.
Refunds are being processed for those men that have already registered.
Dear Men,
- Unfortunately due to the current virus outbreak we have made the decision to cancel the Men's Day of Faith Renewal scheduled for May 2, 2020.
- I'm sure this comes as no surprise as we all are following directives of the state and of course the Church.
- We are confident of God's providential care in this and all circumstances.
- We will provide full refunds to any men who have already registered.
- We have no plans at this point to re-schedule the event for a later date.
- We may discuss it but for now we are simply cancelling.
Despite everything going with the virus stuff and everything that comes with ... I was driving down the road this morning, so peaceful, there was joy in my heart....no traffic ....Just listening in my heart. My heart was so at peace. Our God is giving the world a Lenten retreat, a time of no sports, no kid meetings. He is giving us time to think where we are in our spirituality. Where does Jesus rank in our lives? Do we trust Him? This Lenten retreat that God is giving the world is forcing families to talk, to care for each other. To remember what is important. For neighbors to actual talk. Even the Gospels in daily mass taking us through the Lenten journey that God is giving the world. I hope the world has eyes to see and ears to hear so this time of spiritual renewal of Lent doesn’t go to waste."
