Q. Why do I get an ad when I scan the QR code?

A. If you see ads when scanning QR Codes, they're from the scanner app that you have downloaded and are using on your device. Free apps are often financed through in-app advertising. If you want to stop seeing ads, you will need to download a different, ad-free scanner app. Here are a few:

Q. Why doesn't the website fill my entire screen?

It will depend on the size of your monitor. It also might depend on your browser. If you are having trouble, try a different device or browser.
